Academia can be challenging, but it can also be rewarding. It’s important to find a balance that works for you and to remember that you’re not alone in this. If you need help, don’t be afraid to ask for it. The purpose of this blog is to give you an insight into what the life of a researcher is like and to make the world of academia more open. I will be sharing with you some of the latest trends in medical research, as well as discussing some of the ethical issues that arise from doing the research.
I studied Experimental Medicine at the University of British Columbia, and have obtained over five years of research training. My background in medical research allows me to share my expertise on a variety of health-related topics. Some of these include infectious diseases, substance use, psychiatric and mental disorders, auto-immune diseases, and cognitive neuroscience. If you wish to learn more about me, please, visit the home page.
As a skilled public health researcher, I strive to provide young researchers and clinicians, as well as growing health industries with one-of-a-kind consultation on their scientific writings and analysis plans.
